Communication USED to be a two-way street.  Now it seems to be going in so many directions at once, it’s hard to keep track.

At Mathis, we like to keep things simple.  And that includes maintaining an open dialogue with our customers.

When we do something that doesn’t please you, we want and need to know so we can take the necessary corrective action.

When we’ve met or exceeded your expectation, we of course like hearing that as well.  Here are just a few recent comments from people who liked what we did, and how we did it.

Wayne, a quick note to compliment you on the professional, timely and friendly service we received at my son’s condo on August 6^th.  Al took care of the problem and called to advise me of what was needed.  I was very impressed!

I would like to thank Mathis Plumbing Company for “coming to our rescue” during out recent problems with out heating and cooling system.  During our regular yearly inspection, your always dependable crew spotted a rusted out leak in our air conditioning unit.  Knowing it would soon be time to switch to our heating system, they immediately alerted me to the danger involved, namely a carbon monoxide leak.  Jimmy, you took it upon yourself to locate an appropriate system and have it shipped for Monday morning installation.  I could not have asked for two nicer and more knowledgeable young men than Steve and his helper, who spent 10-hour days installing the system.  You must be very proud of they way they represent your company.  The quality of the new system is obvious, in that we have already begun to see a monthly fuel cost savings.  Thanks again for being there for us.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for repairing our broken water meter Saturday night.  From the time we called you on your beeper number and your response to us by phone, shows a true professional at work.  The work was done quickly and satisfactorily and we had water again.  We come in contact with a lot of people on a daily basis and I can assure you that we will recommend you to anyone that has a plumbing need.  Thanks again for a good job.

Mathis Plumbing has consistently provided us with prompt, courteous and professional service.  In an age when honesty and integrity are hard to come by, it is great to find a company with such high standards.  They do outstanding work at fair prices and we never hesitate to leave them alone in our home because we know that they will treat our home as if it were their own.  We have used Mathis Plumbing since 1993 and the reason we haven’t looked for anyone else to take care of all our plumbing needs is because they are just that good!

I want to thank you for the prompt work of fixing our sewer problems.  The residents were real happy they way you had their services back in order.  Also thank you for fixing our sprinkler system.
