Protection program is a private membership service club that
is limited to 22% of our customers. Would you like to extend
the life of your heating and cooling system, protect your home
from unexpected heating or cooling problems or worse...no
heat? The "Universal Protection Program" is heating and
cooling security for your home. Take a look at the
following member benefits you get for only $189.50 per year.
 1) We'll catch the small
problems before they become big problems!
Upon membership (and once
each year thereafter for perpetual memberships) our experienced
technician will give your furnace or air conditioning system
a thorough inspection and check for small problems that could
become big problems in the future. The complete
inspection and check also includes a filter change at time of
visit and an Indoor Air Quality check in the spring.
2) We'll Tune-Up and
Professionally Inspect your air conditioning & heating system!
Our experienced technician
will give your furnace or air conditioning system a complete
system operational check, major component assessment and
check, electrical devices check, refrigeration and fuel
pressure test, and condensate drain cleaning. We will
also check and determine whether you have any holes, cracks,
rust, or corrosion damage inside your furnace. This
entire process will extend the life of your heating and
cooling system and decrease the risk of untimely breakdowns.
3) You go to The
Front of The Line!
As a member of the "Universal
Protection Program," you go to the front of the line (priority
service) and to the top of our appointment book if you ever
need heating and cooling service.
4) You get a 15% discount
on repairs and replacements!
As a member of the "Universal
Protection Program," you get a 15% discount (a preferred
service rate) should you ever need us for any furnace or air
conditioning repair or replacement listed in our price guide.
5) Our promise...
As a member of the
"Universal Protection Program," your home is protected from
the annoyance of faulty thermostats, refrigerated leaks, and
unforeseen heating and cooling problems. You'll go to the top
of our service list and we won't keep you waiting around.
When we say we'll be there, we'll be there. If you move,
you may transfer your club membership to your new home or it
can be transferred to the new owner.
